To celebrate this important anniversary, 25 years, a special version of the citrus-squeezer has been produced. For all “Juicy Salif” fans, its aluminum core is coated in matt white ceramic. A non-color that enhances its shape and lends it an abstract air, highlighting its iconic value. The ceramic coating permits contact with foodstuffs and use in the kitchen. “Juicy Salif” comes in special packaging, developed in collaboration with the designer.
